FIND YOUR NEAREST XPLORE SUMMER CAMP

Following the uncertain times we’ve found ourselves in this year, we were reminded of how important it is for children to be outdoors exploring, making new friends with others and enjoying their school holidays, not to mention giving parents the ability to be back at work… we therefore brought back our ever-popular Day Camps!

      Multi-Activity Day Camps for ages

Our Multi-Activity Day Camps offer a safe, reassuring, and affordable solution to childcare for the school holidays.

      Covid-19 FAQs

Unfortunately for summer 2020, it is only possible to book full weeks in order to adhere to Covid-secure protocols.

We are operating similarly to schools by putting children into ‘bubbles’ in which they remain for the week following the same schedule and not mixing with children from other bubbles to minimise any potential transmission. In addition to this, all parents will be asked to complete a symptom checker upon the first day at camp to ensure that no body with suspected symptoms is in attendance, and we hope that this alongside operating small, controllable and traceable bubbles will mean we can run without problem.

In addition to operating ‘bubbles’, Xplore staff will continue to remind children to remain 2 metres apart. The majority of activities will be set up to be delivered 2 metres apart with the exception on activities that require a member of staff to safety check equipment.

For more information, please see our full Covid-19 FAQs

In order to maintain social distancing for parents and to prevent queues, we are going to stagger morning sign in and afternoon collections.

All those attending Day Camps will need to bring a packed lunch.
Due to the current pandemic, our schools are unable to provide our camps with lunch for summer 2020.

In order to stay nut-free, we kindly ask parents to refrain from packing nuts or nut products.

      Yes!

We accept all types of childcare vouchers being Ofsted registered at each of our camp settings. Please select ‘childcare vouchers’ as payment type at checkout and then ensure you visit your provider to make payment.

We have all our core activities on offer at each camp, and we will attempt to offer a diverse and well-rounded programme of activities each week in order to maximise the number of activities each camper is able to do.

Yes! Before every activity, we give a full introduction and safety briefing to our campers. We ask for their full attention during this time to ensure everyone’s safety.

All our staff are in-house and in some cases externally NGB trained in the activities they are delivering, as well being emergency first aid trained.
