      Covid-19 Policy

Clearly for summer 2020, we are having to operate our camps slightly differently to normal. Where we would normally offer up some choice and flexibility to our campers on which activities they can choose in each activity session, instead we will be splitting into small 'bubbles' of 8-12 children to maintain everybody's safety, including our staff and parents.
Each bubble will stay together for the entire week, following a diverse schedule of activities so that no one misses out!

      Covid-19 FAQs

We are monitoring guidelines constantly and will update this website and our customers should anything change, but for now we will be running our day camps in line with Covid-19 guidelines and restrictions.

If camps cannot open due to Covid, full refunds will be honoured.

We will be operating all activities within age group ‘bubbles’ in which the campers will remain for the duration of the week. Our staff have been instructed to keep campers 2 metres apart even within their bubble and will constantly remind them to uphold this distance.

Activities where campers can take part simultaneously will be set up 2 metres apart. For ‘individual’ activities or where equipment is required to be safety checked, our instructors will need to come within 2 metres of the child, but will be equipped with adequate PPE.

We are going to stagger morning drop off and afternoon pick up in order to maintain social distancing for parents and age groups mixing.

Campers will only interact with children within their bubble and our activity instructors.

    • All high-contact areas will be cleaned thoroughly and regularly.
    • Children will be asked to wash their hands before and after every session.
    • Equipment will be cleaned & sanitised at the start and end of every activity.
    • We have minimised the sharing of equipment between children.
    • Where sharing is required, our instructors will disinfect equipment between uses.
    • General FAQs

Unfortunately for summer 2020, our schools are unable to provide us with lunch, so we ask all parents to please bring a packed lunch.

We do operate a nut-free policy, so kindly ask that no items containing nuts are brought on-site.

There is a downloadable kit list here or view our full FAQ page. Essentially we recommend comfortable clothes that can get dirty and wet, with suitable footwear that covers the foot and offers good grip! A change of clothes and footwear is also recommended!

Yes, we accept all types of childcare vouchers as payment as we are Ofsted registered at each of our settings.

Please make the booking and choose payment type ‘Childcare Vouchers’, then visit your provider to make payment to us.

We can never guarantee a particular activity will be available, as there are lots of conditions required to make that possible but what we do guarantee is a varied programme of activities each week to maximise each campers time with us and allow them to take part in as many different activities as possible – including all the favourites!

All our staff are in-house trained and some externally trained for the activities they are delivering.

Some of the activities carry an element of risk which is why we include a detailed briefing session at the start of every activity session to ensure all participants know what to expect and what we expect of them in order to make the activity safe for all.
