Once you have selected the time of year, the type and location of the camp you would like to book, click ‘Book’ and you will be redirected to our booking system.
Please select ‘Create Account’ and fill in all your details. This is REALLY quick & easy, we promise!
You’ll receive a verification email with a link (make sure to check your junk), follow this link and click the camp you wanted to book and log in.
Once logged in, click ‘Add Child’ to enter your child’s details.
Please log in and continue with your booking, easy squeezy!
Hopefully you remember your password, but if not, just click ‘forgot password’ and instructions to pick a new one will be emailed to you in a jiffy.
BOOKED BEFORE, BUT IT WAS AWHILE AGO…
No need for a new account, you should still be on our database!
To reactivate your account, click ‘Create Account’ and fill in the email address that you used with us before – our system will recognise you and ask you to set up a new password.
Once logged in, your child/rens details should be visible to you now.
Please make sure they are all up to date, especially any medical conditions & swimming abilities.
Once logged into your account, you need to choose which days or weeks you would like to book.
Firstly, please select the child you would like to book for and then choose your dates.
If you are booking for multiple children, you will need to make a booking for each child.
The dates will show in blocks, please select the correct date range and continue.
Day Camps Bookings
Please select the child/ren you would like to book and then select either individual dates or weeks to book.
If you are booking for multiple children, only the same dates can be made in one booking.
If you would like to book multiple children on different days, you will need to make a booking for each child or date.
Dependent on which type of camp you are booking, you will now need to select some different options as follows:
You will now be asked to enter arrival and departure travel information, any accommodation requests and course information (if applicable).
Once this is complete, an overview of your booking will show, please tell us what reminded you to book and submit the booking.
Due to the complexity of residential camps, we like to double check the booking information we receive. We aim to do this and send you an official booking confirmation within 3 working days.
Day Camp Bookings
Once you have selected your centre, child/ren and dates, submit this information and we will summarise what you are booking.
If you have any additional information you would like to tell us about your child or booking, please use the booking notes box.
This page will also confirm your booking total, if you have a discount code to enter, please do so here before pressing submit. (We cannot apply this after a booking is made)
Payment options online are different depending on which type of camp you are booking. Residential bookings cannot be paid for online (at the moment) however we can accept card payments online for our Day Camps:
Once you have received an official booking confirmation from our team, a deposit payment to secure your booking is due.
A 15% deposit is due which will be stated on the invoice along with our account details that you can make a payment to. Please reference your ACxxxx booking number.
The final 85% will be due 3-4 weeks before the start of camp. This date will be stated on your invoice, but we will send you an email reminder as we will also need to send you some documents to complete prior to your arrival.
Day Camp Bookings
Our online booking system supports payment via either debit card, credit card or recognised childcare voucher schemes.
A secure SagePay payment page will show where you can enter your card details and pay.
Please note: Credit cards will incur a 2% processing fee.
